From corporate headquarters to each project site, Flintlock Construction Services leverages an array of technology to streamline the building process:

• Sage 300 Timberline accounting system: the most widely-used and trusted accounting software in the construction and real estate industry.
• Procore: The construction world’s #1 most widely used construction management software. Web-based and innovative, this platform is used by all team members to track transmittals, meeting minutes, submittals, and store construction documents and other project records.
• Peplink Cellular Routers: Mission-critical, high-bandwidth remote connections are provided at select jobsites where instant network connectivity is required for fast track projects.
• Secure FTP sites: built for each project to securely store building plans and blueprints to facilitate quick information exchange among all stakeholders

Finally, Flintlock uses a blended scheduling system to accurately deliver projects. To ensure we make optimum use of this technology, our staff includes IT personnel with graduate degrees in computer sciences. Furthermore, through our partnership with NYU’s Shack Institute of Real Estate and Construction Management, we have an intern program for students conversant with the latest computer technology. We’re proud that about half of these interns have joined our staff after graduation, enhancing the technical expertise that is vital to remaining competitive in today’s construction industry.
